When the interviewer goes to interview central the rate now button is missing to rate a candidate.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Cause
Candidate has been moved to a Rejected Status
Resolution
The Rate now button is not available as the candidate has been moved to a rejected status. When the candidate is in the rejected status the Rate now button will not appear as the candidate is no longer in consideration for the job.
If you want to have the Rate Now button to reappear you will need to move the candidate back the interview status.
