Symptom

In Fiori, user can not decide whether or not to release a production order in the apps "Manage Production Orders" and "Manage Production Operations" if there are missing parts/PRTs, even if customizing in OPJK (for public cloud, it is SSCUI 102447 - Define Checking Control) allows user to determine this.
