1. How can multiple Configurations be used for a Job Board? Each configuration is considered an entity. Each entity has a name that will be displayed on the job board website when you post a job using this configuration.
2. Is it possible to assign multiple users to multiple Configurations for a Job Board? In the Configuration pop up, you will not be able to select the same user to different configurations for the same job board. The same happens with posting profiles. A single posting profile cannot be selected to multiple configurations for the same job board. However, a user can be associated for multiple posting profiles. So, you can add the same users to different posting profiles and select different posting profiles for each configuration for this job board.
3. Is it possible to assign the same user to multiple posting profiles? Yes, the same user can be associated to multiple posting profiles.
4. How a user will select which posting profile they are using when posting a job? Once the user selects Post a Job tab or selects Manage and Post jobs via RCM module, the user will be redirected to a screen in order to select the desired posting profile.
