1.) With 1911 release, there is an instantaneous import on creation of External Time Data (TIM-8576) i.e when External Time Data is created, the data is processed instantaneously.

2.) If this instantaneous processing needs to be stopped, then set the value to 'Yes' for field 'Disable instant Import Of Time Sheet Data', see below:

NOTE: This will only disable the instant import. However, the external time data or external allowance will still be processed by the daily Time Sheet import job (In Provisioning).

Important: By default the value of the field 'Disable instant Import Of Time Sheet Data' should be set to 'No'. You should disable the instant import in certain scenarios only: if there are issues in event processing or for troubleshooting.

3.) If the field is not displayed, change the Visibility of the field 'disableInstantImport' in the Time Management Configuration object as below:
