When the "tiles" feature is not enabled for the search results in Career Site Builder, there is no automatic focus.

When the "tiles" feature is enables for the search results in Career Site Builder, the browser will automatically focus on the first item of the search result to respect the accessibility rules.
For now, with the tiles result, there is no option to remove the auto-focus. If you need this option to be removed, you can raise an enhancement request.
