How to edit data Privacy consent statements

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Resolution

  1. Login to instance
  2. Go to admin center
  3. In tool search type "Data Privacy Statement"
  4. Select DPCS for Recruiting
  5. Click Statement Message
  6. Change text in which ever language you wish
  7. Click Save and Publish

It is possible to define statement per country or assign the same statement to several countries and also provided translation in different languages.  It is also possible to provide URLs or hyperlinks in the body of statement to provide external documentation such as GDPR or CPA terms.
