The NetWeaver ABAP returns a 403 - Forbidden message when one of its web services are consumed over HTTP protocol.
Also, the following error message appears in the work process trace:
M ICTSYS: AddHeaderField 'sap-icfreason : This service requires SSL communication (HTTPS protocol).'
This entry will appear in a level 2 work process trace with "Taskhandler" and "ICF" components selected.
