2854636 - New Recruiting Operator Notification resolves [[JOB_REQ_NAME]] token with red font - Recruiting Management

When reassigning a job requisition to a new operator, the system email notification will be received with a token that was resolved with Red font.

SAP Successfactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Admin center > Email Notification Templates Settings > enable "New Recruiting Operator Notification"

2. Create a new requisition and assign it to another recruiter in order for the email to be received

3. Then you will verify from the received email that the [[JOB_REQ_NAME]] will be in red font:

This is currently the system design for the job requisition name to appear in red font in order to call out or emphasize to the end user that there is a change in the operator assignment.

There's an existing enhancement request to prevent this issue moving forward, by enabling administrators to change the color of tokens in Standard email. Currently, there's specific timeline on when this will become available. This document will be updated once the enhancement request will be available on a specific release.
