2854643 - RCM Test career site is redirecting to Production RMK site wrongly - Recruiting

When applying to a job requisition to the test environment RCM External Career Site is redirecting to the RMK Production site wrongly, when the test instance shouldn't be linked to any RMK site.

The instance had an instance refresh where the source was the Production site and the target was the test environment.

In case you see that your RMK site has jobs being posted from a different environment or applying to job a requisition from a BizX environment that is redirecting to the RMK site, it's possible that this was caused by an instance refresh, although that is not the expected behavior.

This could be due to an instance refresh since this copies everything from the instance, including the RMK configuration in Provisioning, the backend of the BizX environment. So, if an instance doesn't have RMK, but has been the target of an instance refresh from a source that has RMK, the target environment might also be linked to the RMK site that is connected to the source, wrongly.

If the instance shouldn't have the integration with RMK at all, that can only be fixed with the assistance of an implementation partner or SAP Professional Services so they can properly remove the RMK integration.
