2854781 - Runtime Error DBSQL_INVALID_CURSOR occurs when testing datasource with RSA3 or in ODP scenario

Symptom

When you test the Datasource using RSA3 or process the IDOC via debug mode, the following dump occurs:

Category ABAP programming error
Runtime Errors DBSQL_INVALID_CURSOR
Except. CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
ABAP Program SAPLMCEX
Application Component LO-LIS
"DBSQL_INVALID_CURSOR" CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
"SAPLMCEX" bzw. MCEX_SFWS_SC_LMCEXU06=========E
"MCEX_BW_LO_API"

The screen is as below:

In case of ODP scenario, the following log will be shown in the extraction job:

Error while accessing
Error with extractor call RSC1_INIT_BIW_GET
An exception of type CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB occurred, but it was neither handled locally nor declared in a RAISING clause
