2854826 - INS-13001 - Oracle Database is not supported on this operating system

A Popup of Oracle Universal Installer shows below warning:

[INS-13001] Oracle Database is not supported on this operating system. 

However the Operating System is supported according to available documentation at Oracle and SAP.

The log files of OUI shows entries as follows:
