2854955 - The item is not in your learning plan or library error message

When learning user opens an item details using direct link, the system displays the message 'The item is not in your learning plan or library' instead of showing the expected item details.

Potentially, there could be two causes:

1. The course does not have an assigned library of which the particular library must also be assigned to the user.
2. The course that is added in the direct link is not active.

Based on the causes outlined in steps 1 and 2, the following actions will enable access to the Item details via a direct link:

1. Place the item into a library that the user has access to.
2. Assign the Item to the user and make sure that it is in Active status.
