2854955 - The Item is not in your Learning Plan or Library

When the Learning user opens the item details direct link, the system returns "The item is not in your learning plan or library." message, instead of showing the expected item details.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

There are, potentially, two different causes:

1. The course does not have an assigned library of which the particular library must also be assigned to the user.
2. The course that is added in the direct link is not active.

Following the actions described in the steps 1 and 2 below would make possible to access the Item details through the direct link:

1. Place the item into a library that the user also has access to
2. Assign the Item to the user and make sure that it is in Active status
