Is it possble to change properties for the entity JobRequisitionLocale?

For this specific entity JobRequisitionLocale no. The system allows you to change the properties for some fields for only the entities that can be manipulated some way. For recruiting for example, we can only manipulate the entities using templates(Job Req, Application, Candidate Profile and Offer), and the other entities that are automatically generated you will not be able to change anything about them.

Still, for the entities that you are able to mainpulate the field properties, like it being mandatory or not, it is not for any fields, the system has it's own mandatory fields, or Business Keys, where for those you will not be able to change even if you configure the template differently.
