System is not creating a BTM Task when the Project Invoice Request is not Released.

The Business Configuration activity 'Business Task Management for Project Invoice Request Creation' is added to the Project.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Customer Invoicing work center.
2. Go to the Project Invoicing > Project Invoice Requests view.
3. Search and open the Project Invoice Request ABC (ABC represents the ID of the Project Invoice Request).
4. Go to the Document Flow.

Project Invoice Request is in preparation. No BTM task was created requesting to release the document.

For the Project Invoice Request ABC, open the related Sales Order, in the 'Pricing and Invoicing' tab and then 'Invoice Schedule' sub-tab. No Invoice Schedule has been maintained, this means that the Project Invoice Request ABC was created manually and for this case, no BTM Task is created.

This is the system current behavior. The BTM task will only be created when the Project Invoice Request is created automatically via Invoice Schedule of the Sales Order.
