How can I map competencies to roles in bulk?

In order to mass map Competencies to Roles, you should use the template, that you can download under Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export. On the top right dropdown, look for Role-Mapped Competencies, as displayed in the screenshot below:

Make sure to download the template without including any data, as every Competency - Role Mapping import will be Incremental. (You can download the full template in case you want to change anything, or for guidance on how should the columns be aligned.

After filling in the desired Role-Competency mappings, you can import the file in the same Screen you have exported it (you also have the option to validate the import before). Make sure to select the Type as Role-Mapped Competencies, and import the correct file.

Once you run or validate the job, you can check it's status under Monitor Job screen.
