Symptom

Background job SM:LMDB GENERIC UPLOAD gets canceled in Solution Manager with the following error:

Retrieving orders and settings from SAP Support Portal.
An exception of type CX_SISE_EXCEPTION has occurred.
An exception was raised
SOAP:1007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP C ode 401 : Unauthorized")
Error when processing Web service call
Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Un supported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 401 : Unauth orized")
The report terminated unexpectedly. See report RLMDB_UPLOAD_DISPLAY_LOG log number <*>.
