2855390 - Error While Initiating Onboarding from Recruiting - Onboarding 1.0

When trying to Initiate Onboarding for a candidate, the following error message appears:

1. Navigate to Recruiting
2. Open de Job Requisition and find the candidate
3. Click on Take Action > Initiate Onboarding
4. Receive the error message

Invalid value or configuration for picklist being used between Recruiting and Onboarding modules

1. Navigate to Onboarding > Data Dictionary
2. Within Integrations > select RX tag > Click on Filter at the top > Select 'SF HCM Picklist' as 'Data Type' > Submit

1. You will need to open each existing key and check the following:
   • If "Suite" is selected: make sure the value for 'Ext Code Key' is different from the key's name itself
   • If "Code Based" is selected: make sure a picklist name is selected for the field 'SF HCM PickList Name'
   • If "Label Based" is selected: make sure the value for Locale field is valid (the same must be present as external code in the selected picklist from field 'SF HCM PickList Name' and it is case sensitive. If in the picklist external code is for example, en_US, the same must be identical in Locale field -  i.e: en_us won't work in this example) AND there is a picklist selected for 'SF HCM PickList Name' field
2.  If you find any inconsistence, make the corrections as mentioned above and then try to Initiate Onboarding again for the candidate
