2855436 - Runtime Error DYNPRO_NOT_FOUND from DB13 when Adding an action - SAP ASE for BS

Symptom

You are running Solution Manager on HANA.
When you try to schedule an action in DB13 for another system with any database SAP ASE, an ST22 dump is created:
