2855473 - "System error, please contact your administrator" upon clicking an absence on Team Absence Calendar

When a Manager tries to access an absence on Team Absence Calendar, an Error message comes up :

"System error, please contact your administrator"

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Proxy as a Manager and try to access the Team absence Caleandar
2. When an Absence is selected on the calendar, an Error message Comes up as indicated on the Symptom
    

This issue comes up due to lack of Permissions

•  The Role should have access to all the Team Absence Calendar Permissions as per the KBA below :

2648350 - Team absence calendar: Employee absences are not displayed post 1805

• Clicking an absence from Team absence calendar would be equivalent to accessing the Time off request from Workbench UI. Hence, the role would also require the "Access Workbench" Permission.

Administrator Permissions -> Manage Time and select Access Workbench
