2855514 - Picklist error when opening a Data Capture Form - Recruiting Marketing

Users are getting error "The picklist property "country" is missing label localization".

1. Go to Manage Career Site Builder from Admin Center
2. Click on Tools
3. Click on Data Capture Forms
4. Select any Data Capture Forms Available
5. Error below appears:
   

Country Field has no translation configured.

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Go to Configure Object Definition 
3. Search "Object Definition" and "Country"
4. Click on "Label"
5. Make sure that the translations are available for Country:
   
6. Once the picklist translation is updated, chick on Refresh Picklist in CSB to apply the changes.

To additional languages that is not available on the list of available translations: 

1. Go to Admin Center 
2. Go to Manage Language > Manage List
3. Select the Language/Locale that needs to be added and save 
4. Go to Admin Center 
5. Go to OData API MetaData Refresh and Export 
6. Refresh and once the refresh is complete, the new language should be available on the list
