Symptom
When the user tries to launch the Export Software Collection app, a pop-up window is presented similar to the following:
Environment
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 1908
- Export Software Collection App
Resolution
- SAP Product Development is still working to identify root cause and then resolve it
- As a workaround to bypass the issue, please follow these steps:
- Repeat clicking "Close" to close all instances of the error message pop-up
- Click the icon on the right side of the page to open the Setting Dialog pop-up similar to the following:
- Click the icon to switch to the Filter page in the Settings Dialog pop-up similar to the following:
- Click on the "Status" line; this will display the Status Filters dialog similar to the following:
- Uncheck all check boxes to clear the status filters.
- Click OK
- You will be returned to the Export Software Collections app and all objects will now be listed for each Software Collection
- While the workaround can make working with collections with a large number of objects awkward to work with, it does prevent the error message from being displayed
