2855544 - xtit.error when launching the Export Software Collection App

Symptom

When the user tries to launch the Export Software Collection app, a pop-up window is presented similar to the following:

Environment

  • S/4HANA Cloud 1908
  • Export Software Collection App

Resolution

  • SAP Product Development is still working to identify root cause and then resolve it
  • As a workaround to bypass the issue, please follow these steps:
    1. Repeat clicking "Close" to close all instances of the error message pop-up
    2. Click the 2855544 - Settings Icon.PNG icon on the right side of the page to open the Setting Dialog pop-up similar to the following:

    3. Click the 2855544 - Filter Icon.PNG icon to switch to the Filter page in the Settings Dialog pop-up similar to the following:

    4. Click on the "Status" line; this will display the Status Filters dialog similar to the following:

    5. Uncheck all check boxes to clear the status filters.
    6. Click OK
    7. You will be returned to the Export Software Collections app and all objects will now be listed for each Software Collection
  • While the workaround can make working with collections with a large number of objects awkward to work with, it does prevent the error message from being displayed
