2855555 - Career Opportunities: Create an Account: Country of Residence is missing

Symptom

When I create a new Candidate Account on the External Career Site, the filed "Country of Residence" is missing

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to the External Career Site

2. Click on Create Account

3. The field "Country of Residence" is missing

Cause

One possible cause is that DPCS (version 1 or 2) is not enabled in Provisioning.

Another possible cause is that there is an issue with the picklist ID or picklist values linked to the Candidate Profile XML Template

Resolution

For the first possible cause, you would need to reach out to your implementation Partner and request to get DPCS (version 1 or 2) enabled in Provisioning.

For the second possible cause, you would also need to reach out to your implementation Partner and get the Candidate Profile XML Template's configuration checked.

These are the steps that need to be carried out:

1. Access Provisioning > Candidate Profile XML Template

2. Copy and paste in Notepad++

3. Check the piklist id associated with the "Country of Residence"

4. Go to the Admin Center > Picklist Center

5. Search for the same picklist that is associated with "Country of Residence" in the Candidate Profile XML Template > export

6. Check the values for each country in that picklist file and ensure they are associated with the correct and same picklist ID
