2855573 - Report for Time At Company and Time In Current Position

How do we report Time In Position and / or Time In Current Position

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go to People Profile in SuccessFactors instance;
2. Go to Inside Work Experience portlet and look for Time At Company and /or Time In Current Position;
3. Go to Reporting;
4. Create a report;
5. See these fields cannot be found in any available domain. 

Time at Company and Time in Role/Time in Current Position are fields which values are not stored in the database (transient fields) and hence are not reportable. These values are calculated based on the entries that are made in the 'Internal Work Experience' portlet. So it happens as a real time (on the fly) calculation. As per current product desing, there is no configuration to make this data reportable.
