Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Service work center.
  2. Go to the Tickets view.
  3. Select and open ticket XXX (XXX represents the ticket ID).
  4. Go to the Time Entries facet.
  5. Click on Start Recording.
  6. The following message is being displayed: ’’There is already time recording going on. Do you want to stop the previous time recording?’’

There is a previous recording that is still ongoing and has not been stopped yet.

  1. Go to the Time Recording work center.
  2. Go to the Time Entries view.
  3. Go to the Adaptation mode.
  4. Add the field called Auto Recording Active.
  5. This is highlighting the active recording and the field will also be visible in the ticket.
