Interfaces in integration center got copied to target system during system/instance refresh. Is it necessary to delete such interfaces in the target system in order to avoid manipulation of source system data?

Resolution
It is not required to delete interfaces in integration center in the target system, which were copied during system refresh. The reason is all the credentials and schedules of such interfaces are not copied. Customer can use these interfaces by configuring credentials and schedules according to target system.
The only exception in this scenario is LMS business case interfaces where credentials and schedules are also copied to target system. Customers need to take proper action on such interfaces like delete interface or updating credentials and schedules according to target system.
