When Making a correction on Manage Data or in Manage Position in some position record forward propagation is not working.

Reproducing the Issue
Position not forward propagated on correction of records either via the UI or via import.
Cause
This is Expected System Behaviour.
Resolution
Position does not support forward propagation on correction of records either via the UI (Manage data/Manage positions) or via import.
The only exception to this is changes made via the Position Org Chart in edit mode.
When editing a position on the same date as a record already exists via Edit Mode in the Position Org Chart the system actually deletes the current existing record and replace it with the new one with the new data, this in turn is actually an insertion and not a correction. As API uses the same logic as position imports then the actions being carried on the position will only trigger forward propagation on the first creation of a record and not on an update/correction.
