2856173 - Flexible Workflow Status 'Active' (02) for Purchase Requisitions created by MRP - SAP S/4HANA & SAP Fiori

Symptom

  • Purchase Requisitions (PR) have workflow status 'Active' (02) and ends with error 'Workflow instance not found' when generated from MRP run.
  • PR's created via MRP that have not yet been 'handed over' or via the 'handover' process have not triggered flexible workflow. 
  • Automatic approval is not triggering/working when PR is created via MRP.
