2856284 - Empty Product/ Item in Survey Cannot be Removed

During Product-Survey run-time, an empty product appears which cannot be removed.

Prerequisite: you have created a product based survey, activated it and added it to an Activity Plan which in turn has been added to a Routing Plan and can therefore be used within, for example, a visit. Our example survey is a Product survey called ABC.

1. Go to the Visits work centre view.
2. Navigate to the Survey facet/ tab.
3. Add survey ABC.
4. Open the survey to fill it out.

Actual result: You see an empty product in the survey - survey questions can be answered for it.

The decision to add this line was taken for system architectural reasons.

This is designed survey behaviour.

This empty line is also visible in the survey summary PDF.
