2856496 - Values from picklist field in Manage Pending Hires shows below the field itself - Employee Central

When hiring a candidate in Manage Pending Hires the picklist fields come with a value right below the field and nothing populated on the field itseft.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Manage Pending Hires;
2. Select a candidate from Recruiting, click in Hire;
3. Scroll down to a picklist field.
4. Notice that the value shows below the field and not inside it.

This is due the value configuration, the picklist field does not have a matching value with the values on EC.

For the field to populate correctly adjust the values on the picklist on the values on the object in EC.
