2856571 - Report Current Logged On Users is Not Reflecting Actual Number of Logged on Users

When executing the report Current Logged On Users, you verify that it is not reflecting actual number of logged on users.

 SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to the Design Reports view.
3. Find and open report Current Logged On Users [COD_USER_LOGON_ANA_Q0002].
4. Compare the total number of Logged On Users from the report with the total users actually using the system. The numbers don't seem to match.

The report Currently Logged on Users shows the users that are currently logged on to the system. However, it is expected that the report shows less logged on users, since in case of inactivity the system automatically logs off the user after some time, and thereby these users are not counted in the report. The time stipulated for C4C system to consider an user as inactive must be checked into the C4C settings.

It is the expected behavior.
