2856660 - Code List Mapping Error: LeadGroupCode

Symptom

You upload Code List Mapping in C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer) and you can see the following error message in the UI "Code List Upload failed. Local Code: 000X for DataType: LeadGroupCode does not exist" where 000X is category code which is not currently configured in C4C.
