2856661 - Smart Business tiles showing cannot load tile

Symptom

'Automatic and Manual Payments' and 'Future Payables' tiles do not load. These tiles are reference ones.

In Fiori Launchpad, tile displays "Cannot load tile" while HTTP trace console shows:

GET http://server.corp.domain.com:8000/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/resources/~20190510031700~/ui/cloudfnd/smartbusinesstiles/s1/Component.js 404 (NOT FOUND)
