2856710 - Long running VCH_MASS_MAINTENANCE_01 phase during Upgrade / Conversion using SUM

• While performing an Upgrade / S/4HANA Conversion, using the Software Update Manager (SUM) the phase VCH_MASS_MAINTENANCE_01 is taking longer than expected
• The following can be seen repeated many times in the SAPupConsole.log
