2856730 - ORA-01652 on non-temporary tablespace (i.e. PSAPSR3)

Symptom

This issue may occur in several different situations, but the error will be:

ORA-01652: unable to extent temp segment by 8192 in tablespace <tablepace_name>

The most important to confirm this is the issue is that the referred <tablespace_name> is not an actual temporary tablespace. It may happen even for PSAPTEMP in case it was created incorrectly.
