  • Encountering HTTP 404 error message when accessing SAML-enabled front-end (like BILaunchpad)
  • Sometimes may result in an HTTP 500 error during the SAML workflow (intermittent issue).
  • IDP logs MAY show following error: Verifying certificate has expired
