2857050 - RMK top jobs page doesn't display the German "Umlaut"- Recruiting Marketing

The German "Umlaut"is not available on Career Site Builder for the "Top Jobs" page.

This page cannot display the German "Umlaut" (ä,ö,ü)

This limitation will not be corrected.
The original intent of the feature was to have extra links to pages in order to promote the ranking of those pages but there have been changes to the search results prioritization algorithm of search providers such as Google, Bing, etc. . These extra links are no longer recognized as a reason to improve search ranking by search providers, so the feature no longer improves the site's SEO.

As a result, and after an internal review, it was decided that the Top Jobs page along with the View all jobs page which worked in the same way by listing all category pages, would be deprecated with an upcoming release.
More information will be provided in the deprecation topic of the What's new viewer of the corresponding release.
The feature is now in an unsupported state which means issues will no longer be investigated and no enhancement requests considered.

We would advise you to disable the feature as it no longer offers any benefit.
