2857245 - Candidate Profile to Application Sync not Working - Recruiting Management

Symptom

Fields are not synching from the Candidate Profile to the Application.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Resolution

For fields to sync from the candidate profile to the application, field definition and field permissions needs to be exactly the same in Candidate Profile Template and in the Application Template. If the field type is picklist, they must have the same picklist ID and parent-child mapping if it is cascading picklist.
