2857309 - Error 6931 after loading a database dump with imrslog fragments - SAP ASE 16.0

Symptom

  • The error 6931 is printed in the ASE errorlog after loading a database dump with imrslog fragments into a database with a bigger imrslog size:

Error: 6931, Severity: 22, State: 9
The table 'sysimrslogs' with ID 59 in database 'myimrsdb' is corrupt. Page 10239 is linked to page 10241 that either is out of the database boundary or belongs to an invalid fragment. Contact SAP Technical support for assistance.

  • The error is followed by a stack trace that contains modules:

imrslog_validate_nextpg
imrslog__newpage
imrslog_logoperation
imrslog_finishlog
finishlog
