Symptom

  • Customer cannot save or activate an item in the Manage Catalog Items app.
  • The Schedule Import of Catalog Items application returns the error: "Unable to create a valid number range".
  • When creating an item in Manage Catalog Items, a system dump happens in Development Class: CLAS CL_I_DR_CATALOGITEMMNGTP.
