2857348 - Business Task Notification Template Cannot be Changed

You would like to edit a Business Task Management (BTM) task subject or the body of the task e-mail message.

• SAP Cloud for Customer
• SAP Business ByDesign

Currently there is no way to edit the subject or body of the business task message.

The system works as expected.

As an alternative, you may use a workflow rule (if applicable in your business scenario) to send notification e-mails. This way it is possible to control the e-mail sent by the rule.
