2857714 - Creating employee, maintaining employee data, and required authorizations in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

  • When creating a purchase requisition (PR) using the app Create Purchase Requisitions, some errors related to authorizations are being raised.
  • In the case of Guided Buying Capability with SAP Ariba Buying (2NV), when the S4HanaUserIdentifierInAriba is set to 2 in Ariba Guided Buying, the requisition currently fails in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, since the External Business Partner ID has not been created as an employee in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system.
