[Check Tool] RBP permission check for Advanced Reporting reports

You can now verify whether a user has the permissions required for generating an Advanced Reporting report, by using the "Role-based permissions for Online Report Designer are enabled" check in "Check Tool".

The check helps you identify the issues that can occur if a user has inadequate role-based permissions. The check generates an error when a user does not have field level permissions for some fields included in the report, or the user does not have permissions to access data from a module on which the report is built.

Before: The check tool was previously only available for Detailed Reporting Data Source.

After: The RBP check tool has been enhanced to cover both Detailed Reporting & Advanced Reporting Data Source.

Opt-In	Announcing General Availability for People Analytics - Embedded edition	The embedded edition of SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics is now generally available. The embedded edition of People Analytics enables you to create reports that combine data from across the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite. After the Q4 2019 release, the embedded edition becomes available on each of the data centers in a phased manner. Universal	Ad Hoc Reporting Guardrails by Cell Level	We are applying guardrails to the reporting tools with an intent to optimize system performance. In Q4 2019, an optimal limit will be applied on the maximum number of cells that a report can retrieve. These guardrails will be rolled out in a phased manner and customers will be notified in advance of any guardrail being put in place. There will be different phases of the guardrails rolled out in Q4 2019 and Q1 2020. Universal	Disable Analytics in EC for All Customers	In Q1 2019, the Analytics in Employee Central beta solution had been removed from the Upgrade Center, and could no longer be deployed. With Q4 2019, the Analytics in Employee Central beta solution ceases to exist.	Analytics in EC was a Beta Version which PM have decided not to continue with moving forward.	N/A
