2857814 - Orders moving / planned to a very late date and cannot be scheduled earlier

1. You are unable to plan / change orders in Product Planning Table (/SAPAPO/PPT1)

2. In Product view the Periods tab is grayed out and the below message pops-up:

Time stream from resource &1 not valid for total display period

Message no. /SAPAPO/RRP_PT055

3. After running a heuristic the order scheduled / created late (at the end of the time horizon) with the below message:

Order &1 created with delay on &2 &3

Message no. /SAPAPO/RRP428
