Symptom
Where newly created email template can be used in an account.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer .
Reproducing the Issue
-
Go to the Service work center.

Go to the Templates view.
-
Click on New (+ icon) to create a new template.

In the New Template screen, select the object as Account.
-
Save the newly created template TML (where TML represent the template name) created for account object.
Resolution
This template TML can be access in an account's activities facet.

Go to the Customer work center.

Go to the Accounts view.
-
Open any account and go to the Activities facet.
-
Go to the Email activities section and click on New email.
-
In the new email click on option email template.

Here you can see the template TML is listed.
