Resolution

The system will send an email notification even if the benefit enrollment data is created via import. This is also true if the benefit enrollment data is modified through import.

The system will send an email as long as the following is mantained.

1.  Enrollment Required is set to Yes in the Benefit Data.

2. Email Notification For Enrollment is set to Yes in the Benefit Data.

3. Subject user has a maintained business email address in his/her personal infomation.

NOTE: If enrollment already exists and if import is being performed to edit the enrollment with changed contribution then 2 e-mail notifications will be sent(only when enrollment and insurance plan details are imported separately).

If import of 'Benefit Enrollment' and 'Benefit Enrollment-Insurance Plan Enrollment Details' are performed separately, then 2 notification emails will be sent, first notification for benefit enrollment import which will have current contribution details and next one will be for 'Benefit Enrollment-Insurance Plan Enrollment Details' import with changed contribution details. Kindly perform import of 'Benefit Enrollment' and 'Benefit Enrollment-Insurance Plan Enrollment Details' together to send only 1 notification with latest contribution details.
