Steps on 'How to run Accrual Recalculation for an Individual User'

1. Navigate to Admin Center>Manage Data>Time Management Recalculation Event
2. Click on create Time Management Recalculation Event (Refer the sample configuration screenshot below)

    3. If you want to run recalculation for all the user's Time Account Type mention 'ALL' in the Value under 'Time Management Recalculation Event Parameter'

PLEASE NOTE: The required External code has to be entered to whichever value you desire, preferrably a meaningful external code for this parameter, as recommended in the Guide

OR

If you want to run recalculation for only one particular Time Account Type then you need to mention internalid (not external code) of the Time Account Type in the Value.

1. For internalID of the TAT,make the field internalId as read-only under Configure Object Definition: Time Account Type (TimeAccountType) or copy/paste from the URL.

2. Make sure you select the Appropriate option in 'Start Job on Save' . If you select Yes recalculation will run immediately after saving the Time Management Recalculation Event. If you select 'No', recalculation will run based on the Recalculation job schedule.

Note: The system will only post recalculated accruals if there is an existing accrual entry. If no accrual entries exist in the time account, the system will not post the recalculated accruals.
