2858441 - Signal 11 in text_tabcheck() when DBCC CHECKTABLE is run - SAP ASE 16.0

Symptom

  • A process (spid) running a DBCC CHECKTABLE command is terminated.
  • The ASE errorlog reports an "Current process infected with signal 11(SIGSEGV)" error in the module text_tabcheck() together with a stack trace.
  • The stack trace includes the modules:

text_tabcheck
dol__imrs_datarows_check
dol__dataptn_check
table__check
checktable

exec_dbcc
