Resolution

Pre-requisites:

  • Permission should be enabled to generate the change audit reports.
  • Please follow the steps on Enabling Change Audit before performing the instructions provided below.

It is possible to create an audit report for all changes made to scheduled job requests created in Job Scheduler, such as creation of a new job.

  1. Go to Admin Center > Search for Change Audit Reports
  2. Select the option Create Configuration Data Report > Click on Job Scheduler Requests 

  1. Select the time range you would like to run the audit and click on Submit

  1. The report file will be sent to the Access Reports tab under Change Audit Reports page.
