Symptom
- SOLMAN_SETUP activity "Create Hierarchy for Service Products" ends with the following error:
"Execute the upgrade report COM_PRODUCT_UPGRADE"
Message No. COM_PRODUCT063 - COMMPR01 also gives same error.
