• How can I change my BizX instance's URL?
• Is it possible to change the main URL for a BizX Instance?

At the moment, it isn't possible to change a BizX Instance main URL, regardless if it's a Test/Development or a Production instance.

If you'd like to make your internal users able to access any BizX instance through a different URL than the one granted within the instance creation, may we suggest you to contact your internal IT team to configure a Proxy/DNS redirection in the company network so that the users would be redirected to the instance domain when accessing the desired URL.

Please note that, regardless the change, the URL which is gonna be shown in the browser URL field is the main instance URL granted within it's creation, and this behavior can't be changed.
